Chase Padgett’s last show at the Calgary Fringe Festival was Nashville Hurricane and it took years to develop. Chase and Stacey’s Joyride probably didn’t take the same amount of time to develop and as long as you go into the play expecting a sketch comedy with improvisation, you’ll be fine.

Nancy Kenny’s Roller Derby Saved My Soul is a story of a comic loving, introvert who discovers her place to belong in roller derby. Kenny throws herself into the play, rolling around the (air conditioned!) space at Alexandra Centre Society.
