Surviving Fringe

So the Fringe is finally over for me. It was a great but exhausting and consisted of a lot of trying to shove something equivalent to food in my face before heading down to Inglewood again. Which isn’t to say that I didn’t eat in Inglewood every once in a while (to support a post-flood business) but eating out every night gets pretty pricey. So I made Smitten Kitchen’s Avacado Shrimp Salsa and it was sufficient in allowing me to continue reviewing the Fringe like a crazy person.

Nothing fancy, but enough to keep me going. Cut it all up and throw it together. All I need now, is more meals like this so that I can get through the rest of the theatre season.
